I was a high level baseball player for many years. I spent 7+ years working with Mark and it's like being pushed to the limits of your personal fitness ability with a smile on your face. He knows more about the human body than any other trainer I have met and is also a student of craft, always looking for ways to improve training. He's very serious about your fitness journey but also one of the most caring people I have ever met. Raised in a developing country without access to healthcare, I faced physical illness, emotional trauma, and a long journey toward healing. It was through that path—navigating weight loss, mental health struggles, and family dysfunction—that I became my own first client.
Today, I work with families, individuals, and kids to reconnect them to their inner compass. My work is grounded in compassion, backed by experience, and guided by a deep respect for nature and the slow, sustainable process of change.
